One-Shot (06/01/10)

While I am in favour of the "transfer window system" as currently practiced, it does render the January spell something of an anti-climax (what with most of the bigger moves almost inevitably restricted 'til each Summer and all.) Unfortunately, there's too much red-tape to make this time of the season anything more than a distraction for fans and space-filler for papers.
